Once upon a time in a loud and dirty corner of New York City there lived in the Land of Alphabets, a scene... before Punk but after the death of James Marshall Hendrix.
A slightly panicked TV director is trying get a live show up on cable TV circa 1972 broadcast from a New York Club ala the Electric Circus. A fun loving Hells Angel hangs from the lights dressed in fairy clothes because he wants desperately to be in the show.... he falls and lands on an FBI agent assigned to keep a watch on the 'subversives' in the NY art scene. In the end even the FBI are having a good time as the Velvet Smooth perform their latest hit.
